Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer You will contribute to building a robust CMDB, streamline IT operations, and support process alignment across global teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead development/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules - Design workflows, automations, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs - Ensure platform alignment with global ITSM standards and governance - Manage CMDB, discovery, and domain separation - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors - Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions Required Skills & Experience - 47 years ServiceNow development experience - Hands-on in Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and SLM - Strong scripting and configuration (Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs) - Experience in domain-separated environments - Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITIL Foundation preferred Preferred Skills - Knowledge of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, CSM, GRC - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC practices - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration Success Measures - Effective deployment of ServiceNow modules and workflows - Improved service delivery and user experience - High-quality, compliant implementations aligned with IT governance - Collaboration across regions and functions
