5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including significant recent work as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine for custom application development; exposure to ITSM and SPM is a plus.
Extensive experience establishing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and integration hub spokes; experience with cloud AI/ML tools is desirable.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, DoD/Client cybersecurity and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, RMF), and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Agile methodology: Intermediate
ServiceNow App Engine: Intermediate
ServiceNow HRSD - Emp Service Center: Intermediate
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Architect certification

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Data & Integration Architect to support a mission-critical transition of a legacy Client talent management system to the ServiceNow platform. This role leads end-to-end data architecture, legacy data migration, and API-first integration design, ensuring core business requirements are implemented in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and App Engine (as needed) while meeting stringent security and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on ServiceNow experience, proven delivery of large-scale migrations from legacy platforms (e.g. ColdFusion-backed systems), SQL server experience, and strong expertise in designing and implementing secure, resilient integrations in regulated environments.
