Job Description:
• Manage the ServiceNow platform
• Participate in daily scrums and related tasks
• Handle general ServiceNow platform administration duties
• Monitor health, usage, operations, and performance
• Maintain understanding of enterprise and platform-level architecture
• Manage patch and upgrade cycle of the platform
• Oversee development pipeline and assist with update set promotions
• Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments for the administration and maintenance of the platform
• Perform architecture design and reviews as required
• Integrate data for reporting
• Implement data governance policies and procedures
Requirements:
• A DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain
• 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
• At least 3 years of experience focused on ServiceNow administration
• Experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups
• Must meet 8570 IAT Level II and/or 8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Certified ServiceNow Developer
• A strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.
