About the role: We’re looking for a Shared Services Administrator to predominantly support our Diagnostic World shared services team. This is a part-time permanent position, working remotely. This role is focussed on providing administrative support across the companies shared services functions and will have exposure to a wide range of company functions and processes. Your time would be split primarily between the finance, quality and HR teams; however, this may change depending on the needs of the company. Finance To provide support to the Finance Coordinator and assist with general administration requests. Process Purchase Invoices as per procedure including contractors and employee expenses. Process expenses and chase for approval from line managers. Resolve supplier queries. Support with monitoring the finance inbox and ensure that all requests and queries are actioned correctly. Reviewing supplier accounts to ensure they are up to date and accurate. Process clinic worksheets and capture data on central documents.
