This position is responsible for picking, packing, inspecting, and organizing inventory and returns. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack products accurately based on order specifications. Receive, inspect, and document customer returns, including condition reporting and data entry into the inventory management system. Clean, re-box, and relabel returned items for restocking. Use barcode scanners to receive inventory and ensure accurate product placement. Return inventory to appropriate shelf locations with precision. Perform quality checks on products to identify and report damage or defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and basic inventory checks. Qualifications & Requirements: Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer and data entry skills required. Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse systems is a plus. Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
