Simple, long-term bookkeeping project

I am looking for a bookkeeper to help with two businesses: 1) I have a new entity to provide professional services to business owners and management teams. This is a very simple business, less than a dozen checks per month, no assets, no employees. This will be new and simple. 2) I own a commercial building. It has about ten tenants and I manage the building. This too is pretty simple going forward. I do need help getting caught up on accounting for 2024 and I need to invoice my tenants for CAM charges this month. I will need to account for construction costs in 2024 and 2025. I have about 75% of the building being renovated currently. I am looking for a long-term accounting relationship. I want to keep this as clean and simple as possible. I have a solid understanding of accounting and should be knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am looking for someone that is reliable and I can trust to get this work done on a monthly basis.
