• Moderate chats, support members, and surface great community moments
• Highlight standout user content and turn it into Duelbits stories
• Bring ideas for memes, UGC campaigns, and content experiments
• Work with designers and editors to turn creative concepts into live posts
• Track influencer collabs, mentions, and campaign participation
• Track what’s hitting, engagement, growth, and community buzz
• Share quick takeaways on what’s trending and what’s next
• Turn performance into ideas that keep Duelbits ahead of the curve
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, community, or digital content creation
• Passion for sports, gaming, crypto, and online culture
• You speak memes and know how to communicate in an internet tone
• Fast, witty writing and fluency in platforms like Discord, X, and Telegram
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling fast-moving projects
• Familiar with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Notion, Hootsuite, Later)
