Responsibilities
- Create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Adapt organic content into short-form paid ads with multiple edit variants
- Film confidently — casual, purposeful, human (authentic > polished)
- Edit quickly using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or tools you’re fluent in
- Experiment with hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling
- Iterate based on performance insights and feedback
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing leadership
Skills
- Short-form video creation experience (brand or agency)
- Confidence filming casual, authentic content
- Fast editing in CapCut and Adobe Premiere
- Experience adapting organic content into paid ads
- Basic understanding of attention metrics (watch time, retention)
- Adobe After Effects experience
