Sr. Manager, SRE

Syniti is seeking a Sr. Manager of SRE to lead and scale infrastructure automation, observability, and operational scalability across cloud environments in a distributed, multinational team. This role focuses on driving adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), service mesh, and zero-touch security frameworks to ensure compliance with security standards and high availability for fast-growing SaaS and hosted environments. The team will mentor other members and partner with various teams to improve operational efficiency. Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach senior-level engineers. 5+ years of team management or technical leadership in SRE or DevOps. 3+ years of experience building and scaling CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Terraform Cloud. 2+ years of software development experience. Extensive experience with AWS and Azure managed services (EKS, AKS, RDS, Storage, ALB/NLB). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
