Job Overview:
• We are seeking a Sr. Oracle Cloud Payables Functional Consultant (AP SME) with deep expertise in Accounts Payable, Payments, and AP Tax, including Vertex integration.
• This role is part of a large-scale implementation, with a strong focus on invoice processing, tax configurations, and integrations with Coupa and SAP Concur.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud AP tax setups (VAT, indirect tax, WHT) and will lead end-to-end AP solution delivery across global environments.
Must-Have Skills:
• Expert-level experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable (AP)
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Invoice processing (PO & non-PO), Payments and disbursements, AP tax configurations (VAT, sales/use tax, indirect tax), and Withholding Tax (WHT).
• Experience with Vertex integration for tax determination and calculation
• Strong understanding of multi-country invoice taxation
• Experience with integrations: SAP Concur & Coupa
• Experience in data conversions, global rollouts, and P2P processes
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payables (AP) implementation across invoice processing (PO & non-PO), matching, and payments
• Configure and manage the invoice lifecycle, ensuring smooth processing, validation, and exception handling
• Design and implement AP tax configurations, including VAT/GST, sales/use tax, and withholding tax (WHT)
• Manage Vertex integration for accurate tax determination and automated calculation
• Ensure multi-country tax compliance, resolving tax-related issues and aligning with global regulations
• Lead integrations with Vertex, SAP Concur, and Coupa, working closely with technical teams (OIC/APIs)
• Support global rollouts and onboarding of new entities, including setup of ledgers, business units, suppliers, and tax structures
• Oversee data conversion and reconciliation, including FBDI uploads and validation using OTBI and BI Publisher
