Our client is seeking a Salesforce & CRM Administrator for an excellent remote position located in the greater Atlanta area. This role will be a mix of 70% Salesforce ownership/admin and 30% business analysis for other enterprise applications. Responsibilities include:
CRM/Salesforce:
• Own platform roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment
• Configure/extend Sales/Service Cloud (security, layouts, automation)
• Build no/low-code solutions
• Partner with MSP for enhancements/integrations
• Ensure data quality, security, and adoption
• Provide Tier 2/3 support & training
• Stay current on releases; pursue relevant certification
Business Analysis:
• Gather/document/prioritize requirements for non-CRM initiatives
• Create BRDs, process flows, functional specs
• Analyze processes; identify improvements/automation
• Align with IT and Transformation executives and advise on capabilities
Qualifications and Experience:
Required
• 5+ years Salesforce admin/configuration experience, hands-on with admin tasks and data hygiene
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
• Flow Builder experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Strong Trailhead record
• Experience developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) & translating needs to technical specifications
• Manage third-party vendor/consultant relationships
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a matrix environment
• Travel up to 10%
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related, but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Salesforce Maps, Manufacturing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
• Platform App Builder certification (or ability to obtain)
• Visualforce, LWC, or Apex triggers
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Consultant-level Salesforce certifications
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
