LHH is partnered with a rapidly growing, PE‑backed healthcare company on a newly created Staff Accountant search. This organization is scaling under strong leadership and offers clear upward mobility, meaningful exposure across the business, and a collaborative, close‑knit finance team.
This role is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in TN or GA.
Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle accounting for assigned entities
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements
• Assist with audit requests and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting function
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1-2 years of healthcare accounting experience in a multi‑entity environment
