About the Role
As a Project Manager Associate, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, managing resources, and driving collaboration across teams. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, develop project plans, and ensure timely execution. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of remote and hybrid workspaces, and you'll be instrumental in creating a more agile and responsive organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project resources, including timelines, materials, and budget, to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies

- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and partners

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of project management experience, including all aspects of project management (scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, HR, and communications)
- 2 years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, operations, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with project-related financial processes, including contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, and financial controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or operations management
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out from the crowd, you'll have:
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of organizational change management and business transformation
