What you’ll lead:
• Strategic partnerships with EORs, law firms, HR tech, and beyond
• Go-to-market strategy for our new HR compliance tech tool
• High-value commercial deals and new business development
• Working directly with the Founder to shape our direction

• You’ve built or scaled a B2B service or tech business
• You understand European HR, compliance, or SaaS
• You thrive entrepreneurially and in remote-first roles
