We are a 12-year-old professional services firm serving COOs, CFOs, CMOs, and other senior executives in growth companies and global brands (including Nike). Our work is high-trust, partnership-driven — not transactional — and our success comes from deep expertise, long-term relationships, and delivering measurable results.
We’re transitioning more intentionally into a thought leadership positioning, highlighting:
The founder’s vision and story
The expertise and personality of our team
The transformational results we’ve delivered for clients
Why we operate differently than others in our segment — and why it works
We are subject matter experts, industry analysts, and project managers — but we are not marketing strategists. We need a senior-level strategist to review our core marketing documents and website, and provide positioning guidance that is both strategically sound and humanly compelling.
This is not about corporate jargon or generic marketing fluff. We need someone who knows how to:
Connect authentically with senior decision-makers
Elevate messaging into a thought leadership platform
Communicate why we’re unique in a way that builds trust and credibility
Ensure every touchpoint speaks to both the head and the heart
Your Role Will Include:
Reviewing our website, pitch decks, and key marketing docs
Sharing candid, initial impressions from a senior decision-maker’s perspective
Providing positioning and messaging recommendations that work within our current assets (we’re not starting over)
Helping us clearly articulate the “who we help, why we do it, and how we’re different” story
Advising on how to leverage the founder’s and team’s expertise for thought leadership content
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years in high-level marketing strategy for B2B professional services or consulting firms
Experience crafting messaging for 5–6 figure engagements with C-suite audiences
Skilled at blending strategy with storytelling — not just “corporate speak”
Understands how to grow and position partnership-driven, high-trust businesses
Can give clear, actionable guidance without overcomplicating the process
Engagement Scope:
Initial fit conversation (paid if appropriate)
Several focused strategy sessions to review and refine positioning
Written recommendations and prioritized actions
Option for limited ongoing advisory if mutually agreed
