About YTX Austin YTX Austin is a high-energy boutique fitness studio in downtown Austin offering heated yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and recovery amenities like cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences, building community, and fostering a high-performing team culture. We’re looking for an experienced, people-driven Studio General Manager to lead operations, grow memberships, and inspire our team. What You’ll Do • Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional customer experiences. • Lead, coach, and develop the AGM, Membership Lead, and other key team members. • Implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets to meet revenue goals. • Budget, schedule, and manage staffing for optimal coverage and member experience. • Serve as the primary contact for organizing all Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT), workshops, and special events, ensuring they are well-planned, marketed, and executed. • Plan and execute programming adjustments to increase engagement and revenue. • Act as the point of contact for escalations, resolving member concerns quickly. • Foster a culture that reflects YTX’s mission, vision, and values. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of management experience in fitness leadership. • Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills. • Proven track record in sales growth and operational excellence. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.
