Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are looking for a fun and responsible summer nanny to help care for our two children. Our kids are involved in a variety of neighborhood activities like tennis, swimming, golf and a summer camp. We live in a very walkable neighborhood, so you'd be walking or biking to most of their activities.
We have a 6 year old boy and a 4.5 year old girl. They enjoy riding bikes, playing at the park, swimming at the pool and spending time outside. They also love science experiments, arts & crafts, and other hands-on projects.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage children in summer activities, including:
• Swimming
• Golfing
• Tennis
• Outdoor play and playground time
• Creative projects
• Ensure a safe, fun, and structured environment
• Be proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative without needing micromanagement
• Supervise swimming confidently and attentively
• Light food prep for snacks and lunches
• Light household chores, like keeping the playroom and kitchen tidy
Qualifications:
• Has previous nanny or childcare experience
• Comfortable supervising multiple children at once
• Energetic, patient, and proactive
• Enjoys being outdoors and actively participating in play
• Comfortable swimming
• Safe and confident driver with a valid driver's license and clean record
