Job Description:
• Overall supervision of Customer Service employees.
• Accountable for member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Develops, motivates, evaluates and coaches staff on work procedures.
• Visible and available to staff to answer questions and monitor calls.
• Monitors all performance measures and allocates resources.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with constituents.
• Attract, select, and retain high caliber talent.
• Acts as liaison between staff and other areas, including management.
• Proactively analyzes constituent data and identifies trends.
Requirements:
• 2+ Years experience with Dental claim/call center environment.
• Experience with Microsoft-based applications
• Working knowledge Dental Workflows, policies and procedures.
• Supervisory experience
• High School Diploma
