Key Responsibilities: Driving Success in Supply/Demand Balancing
As a Supply Demand Balancing Associate Manager, you'll be responsible for refining the frameworks, enablers, and principles of S/D Balancing and developing action plans to drive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and guiding the Talent Planning to Staffing journey with an integrated mindset, embracing TSC's end-to-end vision and integration opportunities with upstream and downstream processes.
- Evolving towards collaborative, integrated processes, taxonomies, tools, and metrics that reflect a single discipline and Global Function.
- Weighing ideas, solutions, and approaches based on business value potential and outcomes.
- Continuously shaping the future of Staffing & S/D Balancing to remain current and relevant as the business changes.
- Building TSC programs, policies, processes, and practices that deliver to Accenture's long-term HR strategy and business needs.
- Defining requirements to shape programs, processes, and services designed to fulfill business needs via talent supply chain services.
- Analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, and leveraging existing methods and procedures.
- Creating executive-level communications that engage the attention of the intended audience.
- Facilitating education sessions with various stakeholder groups on the 'why' and value of processes in relation to business needs.
- Guiding stakeholders on how to make connections between data and recommendations/solutions.
- Initiating collaboration across various HR, Corporate Functions, and the Business to facilitate process connection points and create improved integrated ways of working.
Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A flexible attitude to working hours, as the role requires working effectively across multiple time zones.
- Comfort working remotely, using conference calls and other digital tools to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to create and provide input into executive communications.
