Job Description
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, predominantly from the comfort of your own home, with one day on site per week in our central London location. As a Supporter Care Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

- Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers and supporters.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages, negotiate complex issues, and provide empathetic support to our supporters.
- A strong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising and donations, with experience of managing multiple calls, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues, identify creative solutions, and implement effective remedies that meet the needs of our supporters.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for building strong relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and providing personalized support to our donors and supporters.
- Experience using CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records, track interactions, and analyze data to inform our customer service strategies.
