Job Description:
• Manage IT infrastructure and service requests
• Perform backups of systems and network devices
• Administer and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, policies)
• Provide L2/L3 support for help desk and infrastructure issues
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Support technologies including DFS, Terminal Servers, Hyper-V, IIS, SCOM, and File Servers
• Oversee and troubleshoot VMware infrastructure
• Manage and support Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop 7 environments
• Configure and maintain NetScaler policies
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot XenDesktop 7
• Support hosted shared desktops and persistent/non-persistent VDI
• Work with DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and RADIUS servers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
• Hands-on knowledge of Group Policies (GPO)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall concepts
• VMware administration experience
• Citrix expertise (XenApp / XenDesktop 7)
• Familiarity with NetScaler configuration
• Exposure to Linux server administration (preferred)
• Experience with Google Workspace & Azure Active Directory
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
