They’re hiring a client-facing Tax Advisor/CSM to own relationships, build tax plans, and drive an exceptional advisory experience rooted in Extreme Ownership, Meticulous Excellence, and Relentless Communication.
The Role
• Manage a portfolio of high net worth / high-income clients (relationship ownership + advisory delivery)
• Lead strategy calls, communicate plans clearly, and guide clients through implementation
• Coordinate with US CSMs and offshore team members to execute accurately and on time
• Maintain strong pipeline of client deliverables (planning milestones, follow-ups, documentation)
• Drive client satisfaction/retention through proactive communication and high standards
The Ideal Candidate
• EA and/or CPA preferred
• 5+ years tax experience with strong technical competence
• Confident, polished, and highly professional in client-facing conversations
• Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable (thrives in a high-standard culture)
• Comfortable working fully remote with excellent Zoom presence and communication habits
Compensation
• On-Target Earnings: ~$120,000–$180,000/year
• Role is expected to be 1099 / contractor unless otherwise specified (comp in lieu of benefits)
