Tax Preparer Needed for 2024 2nd peak and 2025 Tax Year

I’m looking for two inexperienced Tax Preparers to join my team for the upcoming tax season. This is more than data entry—I need someone who can think critically, spot missing items, and help ensure accurate, compliant returns. You dont need to know alot about Taxes, but some knowledge is helpful as I will groom you into being a Firm owner of your own someday with your own clients. Here’s what you can expect: Flexible Schedule: Work when it suits you. Hours: 10–20 hours per week during peak season. Pay: Tiered per return ($50, $75, $100 based on complexity). Payment: Net 15 invoicing (Monday–Sunday), paid via Upwork bonus method. Immediate Need: Tools: Double and Google Drive for document management. Client Facing by Chat only. Requirements: PTIN Certification (mandatory). Ability to learn quickly and follow directions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
