About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone response and clinical assessment to support Resident Assistants in Assisted Living settings.
  • Delegate tasks and provide direction to Home Health Aids based on clinical assessments.
  • Ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents through effective communication and support.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory and clinical practices relevant to Assisted Living nursing.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in MN, WI, or IA, or willingness to obtain licensure in these states.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative/restorative clinical practices.
  • Experience in Assisted Living nursing and/or phone triage is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in gerontological nursing.
  • Previous phone triage experience.
