About the Role

InStride Health is embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth. We are looking for a Territory Business Manager to lead our efforts in establishing and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers in the Connecticut market. As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our referral network, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the seamless flow of patient referrals. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong background in business development, healthcare dynamics, and relationship management. The expected annual salary for this role is between $80,000-$110,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, licensure, etc. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus.
