About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a TikTok LIVE Scout—a sharp, self-motivated communicator who can identify promising creators on TikTok, assess if they’re eligible to join our agency, and connect with them to bring them into our network. You’ll be the first point of contact for future stars, helping them plug into the We.Live.LIVE system, access opportunities, and grow on the platform. Think of this as part recruiter, part agent, part community builder. Responsibilities: Search TikTok and TikTok LIVE daily to identify up-and-coming creators who are not yet affiliated with an agency Use provided tools and scripts to reach out to eligible creators Evaluate if a creator is a good fit for the We.Live.LIVE team Track your outreach and follow-ups in our internal system Guide new creators through onboarding and help them get started with their first LIVE sessions Serve as the primary point of contact for your recruited creators Help your cohort of creators reach monthly goals (1.5M diamonds total per month) Requirements: Strong knowledge of TikTok culture; LIVE experience is a huge plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable doing daily outreach and messaging Highly organized and self-driven—you’ll be managing your own pipeline No formal education required, but must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. A plus if you’re based in a city with a lower cost of living—we welcome applicants from across the country Compensation & Benefits: $2,000/month base pay Monthly performance commissions (up to 30% of team earnings) Access to top TikTok creators and mentorship from our agency team Opportunity to work directly with TikTok’s creator and partnerships team Invitations to creator events, including visits to TikTok HQ in Los Angeles Growth pathway to becoming a full-time Talent Agent within the agency Why Join Us?
