Title Insurance Assistant-NYC/Hybrid

A large national Title Insurance /Real Estate Firm is recruiting for an experienced Title Assistant for their NYC (midtown) based operations. The ideal candidates will have prior Title Insurance or Legal Assistant experience with knowledge of Real Estate/Title Insurance transactions. Knowledge and familiarity with title insurance documents and transactional flow required. SoftPro experience a big plus. Candidates who have current or prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal and/or a Real Estate Legal assistant are encouraged to apply. This job requires excellent communication and organizational skills; superior attention to detail; ability to take direction and work with limited supervision; and the ability to work in a team oriented atmosphere, with representatives of administrative agencies, property owners and members of the general public.
