Transcription of Security/Camera Recordings with Background Noise

We are seeking an experienced transcriptionist to transcribe 12 security and camera recordings that contain background noise. Project Overview: I have about a dozen video files in .dav format (DVR/security camera recordings), totaling roughly 5 hours of footage. These videos contain conversations between people, but there are also many background noises (cars, movement, general environment). What I Need: • Convert .dav files to a workable format (if needed). • Create a clear transcript of all conversations in English (verbatim or near-verbatim). • Differentiate speakers where possible (e.g., Speaker 1 / Speaker 2). • Skip irrelevant noises (traffic, rustling, etc.) unless they affect the meaning of speech. Requirements: • Experience with audio/video transcription and working with noisy recordings. • Familiarity with tools that can handle .dav files (or ability to convert them). • Attention to detail: final transcripts must be accurate and time-stamped. Deliverables: • combined transcript of all 12 videos in one document. Total length: ~5 hours of recordings.
