About the Role
We’re seeking a Licensed Nurse passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and education to join our expanding wellness network. This role focuses on training, protocol development, and team mentorship, ensuring our aesthetic and wellness standards remain consistent across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine treatment guidelines for facial and body procedures, including:
• Advanced rejuvenation therapies'
• Cryotherapy-based treatments
• Hydration and infusion therapies
• Body sculpting and toning programs
• Conduct remote and on-site training for nurses and estheticians
• Support the team in maintaining top-quality service and client safety
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance training programs
• Travel occasionally for training, audits, and new site support
Qualifications
• Active RN license (or equivalent nursing license)
• Experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or medspa settings
• Skilled in rejuvenation, cryo, or skin renewal procedures
• Prior experience in training or mentoring preferred
• Tech-savvy and organized; flexible with travel
