Underwriting Training Specialist

What you’d be doing: Responsible for performance, development and coaching of assigned staff members, (i.e. performance reviews, individual performance management, hiring recommendations) Assists in monitoring/coordinating workloads, workflow, and customer service to ensure maximum efficiency in the underwriting team. Recommends improvements and helps implement changes.
