✅ Upwork Job Post: Cloud Storage & Automation Engineer (Entry-Level / New Grad)
Project-Based | Part-Time | AWS S3 | n8n | Automation | Web Integration
Project Overview
We’re looking for a talented, early-career cloud engineer — ideally a current senior in Computer Science or a recent graduate — who wants to build a real, resume-worthy cloud project involving AWS S3, workflow automation (n8n), and secure file handling.
We are a multi-office U.S. law firm that needs a secure cloud file-storage system for client documents, along with automation workflows that integrate our website, n8n, and internal systems. This project also includes integrating AWS S3 and n8n with HubSpot so client intake data flows automatically into our CRM.
If you want a project that will stand out on interviews and give you hands-on experience with cloud architecture and automation, this is it.
What You Will Build
You will design and implement:
✔ Secure AWS S3 storage structure
Encrypted buckets
Private access settings
IAM roles for team-based permissions
Logging and monitoring
✔ Automated workflows (n8n)
Receive files from website forms or APIs
Store them in proper S3 buckets/folders
Trigger downstream automations
Create folder structures for new clients automatically
✔ Web → S3 integration
Secure upload endpoints
API/webhook handling
Serverless functions (if needed)
✔ HubSpot Integrations (CRM Automation)
You will help design simple workflows that connect S3, n8n, and HubSpot, including:
creating or updating contact records
attaching uploaded files to the correct client record
triggering deal stages or workflows based on intake events
syncing website form submissions into HubSpot
sending notifications or tasks to the team
✔ Documentation & diagrams
Simple, clear instructions so the system can be maintained long-term.
This is an end-to-end project where you’ll have ownership — and be able to point to it in your portfolio.
