The Role
We are hiring a U.S.-based Customer Operations & Order Support Specialist to manage customer interactions related to orders, shipping, returns, and basic troubleshooting. This is a remote role working closely with the company’s founders and customer success team.
Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone and support tickets
✅Assist with order status, shipping issues, returns, and missing items
✅Follow scripted troubleshooting steps for installation or setup issues (training provided)
✅Coordinate replacements and return labels
✅Verify and document customer-reported issues
✅Support chargeback and dispute documentation when needed
What We’re Looking For
✔Excellent spoken and written English
✔Comfortable with phone-based customer support
✔Organized, proactive, and reliable
✔Customer service experience preferred (not required)
✔Interest in cars or tech is a plus
Working Conditions
⏰Schedule: TBD (max 40h/week)
Location: Must be based in the United States or U.S. territories
Salary: $28,000–$35,000 USD per year, depending on experience
Vacation: U.S. public holidays + 10 PTO
