Position: Contract Recruiter Location: Fully Remote - ANY STATE BUT CALIFORNIA Duration: 5-Month Seasonal Contract, starting January 2025 Overview: A high-impact opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with 3 years of recruiting experience, specializing in high-volume hiring for customer service, inside and outside sales, manufacturing, industrial, and technician roles. This role requires a proactive recruiter skilled at building relationships with hiring managers to identify specific department needs and job requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to gain insight into hiring needs and job specifications. Write and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media. Leverage multiple sourcing channels and employ innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and manage candidates through the hiring process from interview preparation to final offer. Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and key hiring data. Requirements: 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience. Proven success in recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or technician roles (non-technical recruiting focus). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to candidate tracking and management.
