Job Description:
• Produce 30–90 second product videos explaining Innodata’s AI, data engineering, and agentic evaluation capabilities
• Convert technical content into visually engaging, business-relevant narratives
• Create variations optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Edit interviews with internal leaders and external subject matter experts
• Extract compelling sound bites and micro-content
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, charts, and branded visual elements
• Help launch and scale Innodata’s YouTube and TikTok channels
• Develop repeatable visual formats and series concepts
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and posting cadence
• Collaborate with demand generation to align video content with campaigns
• Produce gated and ungated video assets to support landing pages
• Track engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proven experience creating short-form social video content
• Strong motion graphics and captioning skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent
• Experience building or growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels
• Ability to translate technical B2B concepts into clear visual storytelling
