We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our construction projects as a Project Coordinator / Procurement VA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in procurement and basic knowledge of the construction industry who can work independently and communicate effectively with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating construction project tasks and timelines
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and tracking purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal team members
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders
- Maintain organized project and procurement records
- Provide regular updates on project and procurement status
Requirements:
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Experience in the construction industry
- At least 6 months of experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Procurement VA
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with project management or procurement tools
