The Thaddeus Resource Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to restore HOPE, inspire GROWTH, and EMPOWER girls and women through mental health, education, life skill development, workforce training, and other supportive services. About the Role: Mentors will guide and support their mentee, who are Thaddeus' adult women clients, through personal and professional growth in a positive and respectful relationship. Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Meet with assigned clients (up to 3 at a time) • Meet virtually weekly through Microsoft Teams • Work with women to help achieve professional, academic, and other goals with your mentee. • Whether it be in the form of networking, resume building, etc. • Experiences, hobbies, and interests are used to match mentees with mentors to • Work collaboratively with mentees to reach achievements Requirements: • Must currently reside in the U.S. • Mentors are required to commit a minimum of 1 year • Must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling) Apply tot his job
