Overview
Three Sixteen Publishing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working Warehouse & Operations personnel to join our growing and fast-paced company in Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, demonstrates strong operational management skills, and has the leadership ability to oversee daily warehouse activities while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping transactions
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
  • Manage daily sales order processing and fulfillment, including direct-to-consumer and key account shipments
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations (on-site and off-site)
  • Coordinate and enter purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices into the accounting system
  • Obtain, negotiate, and manage freight quotes with carriers and freight forwarders
  • Arrange and track freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency
  • Implement and enforce warehouse organization and safety standards

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of warehouse and operations experience, including team leadership/supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices
  • Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry (LTL, FTL, international shipments) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (advanced spreadsheet skills a plus)
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and collaborative approach
  • Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and resilience
  • Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and overtime when required to meet deadlines or special projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
