As the Web Experience Director, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our digital presence, driving a transformative web experience that aligns with our brand and business goals.
You'll be responsible for the full web experience, from fundamental navigation redesign to complete website structural optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to create web experiences that are not only intuitive for human users but also optimized for AI discoverability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and driving conversions with measurable business impact.
The base pay range for this position in the $155k - $195k/year + 20% bonus
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
