Job Highlights: Company: Workwarp Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: a competitive salary Location: Remote Position: Student Recruitment Support - Family Outreach And Data Entry   Description: • Originally founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, DREAM serves more than 2,500 youth annually. • We create lifelong learners equipped to fulfill their vision of success in and out of the classroom. • The DREAM Student Recruitment team is looking for part-time support with generating new applications for our East Harlem, Mott Haven and Highbridge campuses. • Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, support staff will execute weekly assignments as part of the recruitment strategy. • Ideal team members will enjoy talking to new people and have a deep knowledge of DREAM schools. Requirements: • Can effectively communicate with prospective families over the phone and serve as a positive ambassador for DREAM. • Proficient in spoken Spanish, preferred. • Ability to make calls primarily between the hours of 5-8pm. • Some weekend availability to make calls, preferred. • Customer service orientation. • Effective time management and ability to prioritize. • Ability to keep information organized in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Ability to enter data accurately and in a timely manner. • Ability to learn and accurately use databases. • Familiarity with SchoolMint, preferred. • A strong belief in the mission and values of DREAM, including the belief that all students can succeed, and a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of our students, families, and community.
