Career Opportunities: Workday Consultant (1422) Requisition ID 1422 - Posted    Job Description Print Preview   Position Title: Workday Consultant Office Location: North America (Remote) Duration: Full Time Work Hours: EST Hours   The role will provide overall implementation of Workday modules from solution design, implementation, and execution of projects.   We are recruiting experienced consultants for the following modules/functions: - HCM, Compensations, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, Integrations   Desired qualifications include holding current certifications in two or more Workday modules (HCM, Compensations, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, Integrations).   Roles and Responsibilities Consulting Functions   - Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate requirements into the desired Workday functionality. - Ability to demonstrate the product in a pre-sale’s capacity and in implementation in the form of playbacks to prospects and clients. - Provide consulting expertise and leading practices in client engagements for various modules. - Ability to transfer Business Process requirements into Workday design documents. - Troubleshoot system defects, configuration challenges, in unit and user acceptance testing scenarios. - Ability to train clients in system administration and end-user training. - Understanding of inter-module integration and external integrations. - General understand of integration offerings by Workday.   Required qualifications, experience, knowledge   - Full cycle Implementation experience in at least 5+ Workday projects. - At least 2+ Workday support projects. - Experience in configuration, testing, training, and support of relevant module. - Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes. - Minimum graduation level degree: a post graduate level degree will be an added advantage. - Valid Certifications in the relevant SuccessFactors modules.   Required Skills   - Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, with an ability to implement the required solution. - Strong presentation skills. - Ability to work in multiple implementations and support projects. - Capability to work independently and within a team. - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay up-to date on current trends and technical advancements. -
