YouTube Long-Form Video Editor + Voiceover Assistant (1 Video/Week) I’m a fitness & nutrition coach creating educational and motivational long-form YouTube content for women 40+. I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can also assist with voiceover recording/cleanup, helping me produce 1 high-quality video per week. This is a paid trial-to-hire opportunity, with potential for ongoing monthly retainer if we work well together. What You’ll Be Doing: Editing 10–25 minute long-form videos Clean cuts, smooth pacing, natural jump cuts Subtle zooms / minimal B-roll only when necessary Captions and text overlays where needed Voiceover assistance Edit audio (remove breaths, pops, noise) Sync voiceover to video Optionally record your voiceover if needed (but must match my tone) Upload final video ready for YouTube What I’m Looking For: Proven experience with YouTube long-form content Ability to edit retention-focused videos Strong English comprehension Comfortable giving and receiving feedback Reliable turnaround: 1 video/week Must have access to editing software: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve MUST-HAVES to Apply Share 2–3 examples of long-form YouTube work Describe your approach to making a video engaging and retaining viewers Include the word “IGNITE” at the top of your application to show you read this fully Be willing to complete a paid trial edit (5–8 minutes with VoiceOver) ❌ Applications that don’t meet all 4 requirements will not be considered. Trial & Compensation: Trial edit: Paid $20–$25 for 5–8 minute clip + voiceover cleanup Ongoing work: $80–$120 per 1 long-form video/week Flexible monthly retainer if we continue long-term Bonus (Not Required) Experience with fitness, wellness, or educational content Understanding of YouTube retention and analytics Comfortable with basic graphics or thumbnails
