Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone in all interactions. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer support, live chat, or related roles preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace.
