Join Eye1 as a Profit Consultant - Sales Agent You’ll enroll new truck-driver clients, track their performance, and coach them as needed. This role is fully remote and flexible (no set hours), requires no CDL, and follows a simple workflow with unlimited earning potential. We work in the trucking industry with Class A CDL Truck Drivers and independent Owner Operators. No experience is required—we provide complete training. This position is fully remote, with no set hours and the flexibility to fit any work lifestyle. Responsibilities • Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement. • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. • Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while maintaining positive customer rapport. • Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and updating CRM systems. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that boost outreach and lead generation. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. • Support benefits administration by explaining product options and coverage details when applicable, especially in insurance-related sales. • Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse client bases, enhancing overall engagement. Experience • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. • Excellent communication skills—bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client demographic. • Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, and basic analysis skills for tracking performance metrics. • Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques that drive lead generation. • Experience in insurance sales or related benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory. • Ability to perform detailed analysis of market data to inform strategic decisions. • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
