Oracle ERP Functional Lead Consultant
Role: Oracle ERP Functional Lead Consultant Location- Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ (REMOTE with Travel) Duration: Fulltime JD- Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience • 4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc. • Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules • Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design • Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation • Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore • Expertise in driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products. • Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time • Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax • Proficient in building OTBI and BIP reports.
