We are currently recruiting an Outside Sales Professional to join our team! The position is available for immediate hire. We are an established and growing Polymer Seal company looking to grow again in 2022! We offer opportunities for personal and professional growth with an uncapped commission structure and training. PAY: 3% Commission *1.5% during initial managed period Existing accounts will be provided to manage totaling a minimum of $1,200,000/yr Watch a video about us [please apply online] Be a part of the Odin Heavy Industries team, an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of engineered polymer solutions. Utilizing the most advanced material compounds, manufacturing processes, and engineering expertise, OHI develops custom shapes, sealing systems, and components to satisfy even the most complex applications. Focusing on several service markets, such as Space Industry, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, and Semiconductor, our customers rely on OHI's material, design, and manufacturing support for their critical polymer applications. The ideal candidate will grow our business by bringing in new opportunities with new customers. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: - B2B Cold Calling - Building relationships with new and potentially existing customers - Prospecting new leads - Working within a database to keep information organized - Communicating project status to customers to keep them informed - Communicating consistently with Customers, Mgmt, and Support Staff -Filling out daily call reports and customer visits - Closing sales and meeting sales goals -Entry level sales The ideal candidate: - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills - Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Has an entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude - Is extremely organized - Is self-motivated, coachable, and adapts well to change - Set goals for themselves that exceed those set for them by Mgmt - Is strategic and goal-oriented. Position should expect to work 40+ hrs. per week. We are a customer-centric organization and this position will require constant interaction with various clientele.
