Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time) Job Overview Our client is a premium, mobile pet grooming service providing convenient, stress-free grooming for dogs and cats in the comfort of their own driveway. Their mission is to deliver exceptional care, build long-term client relationships, and ensure pets look and feel their very best. As a growing business, they aim to create a culture of excellence, reliability, and compassion while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher/Customer Care Coordinator is a critical role that keeps their daily operations running smoothly. This person will be the central point for scheduling appointments, routing vans efficiently, managing incoming leads, and ensuring strong communication with both customers and groomers. The role directly impacts client satisfaction, employee productivity, and overall business performance. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming calls, texts, emails, and online leads. • Schedule and confirm appointments, aiming for maximum van efficiency (target: 5–6 grooms per van per day). • Dispatch groomers and adjust schedules as needed for cancellations, delays, or emergencies. • Follow up on new leads, rebook recurring appointments, and maintain customer records in CRM. • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills. • Support management with daily reporting on leads, conversions, and van utilization. • Collaborate with owners and team members to continually improve client experience and scheduling systems. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: Required: • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).. • Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRMs, or call management systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure. Preferred: • Experience working with U.S.-based companies. • Background in pet services, grooming, or franchise operations. • Familiarity with route optimization and efficiency strategies.
