Responsibilities • Lead and execute end-to-end testing for healthcare and claims-related applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Scrum and PI Planning sessions to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. • Manage testing activities across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. • Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on test plans, execution, and defect management. • Utilize JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-bolthires, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure compliance with healthcare domain standards and data privacy regulations during testing. • Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution. • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to automation initiatives where applicable.
