[Remote] Remote Revenue Lead (Registration)

The role involves guiding specialists, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving operational excellence in the insurance verification process. Responsibilities • Lead the insurance verification team through processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. • Provide teammates with real-time support, guidance on complex issues, and policy expertise. • Assist with team audits, data collection, and reporting to monitor quality, accuracy, and team outcomes. • Partner with supervisors on projects, assignments, and action plans to drive improvements. • Supports productivity check-ins, helps to track performance metrics, and escalate issues when needed. • Participate in meetings, trainings, and other assigned duties. • Model DaVita’s core values and contribute to a positive, team-focused culture. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DaVita policies, and federal/state regulations.
