[Remote] Staff Product Manager: Banking Platform

Intuit is a leading company in financial technology, and they are seeking a Staff Product Manager to develop and deliver banking capabilities. This role involves driving the vision and strategy for banking products, ensuring integration with existing offerings, and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities • Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for the banking. Meet with senior leaders and stakeholders regularly to educate, inform, and align commitments • Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities. Partner closely with other product managers and designers to craft simple and impactful product experiences across web and mobile platforms • Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership that demonstrates a high bar for collaboration and one team mindset • Act as a key figure within the Fintech Platform Product Management leadership, collaborating closely with other leaders to craft a cohesive vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings are superior and well-positioned • Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives Skills • 6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences • Deep experience with virtual cards, physical cards, debit and credit programs, and deep understanding of card networks • Familiarity with card program management is critical • Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products • Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy • Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results • Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels • Passionate for solving customer problems, both for businesses and consumers • Bachelor's degree required • Experience with Bill Payments, payouts, workforce solutions, wallets and 2 sided markets are a plus • MBA or MS a plus Benefits • Cash bonus • Equity rewards • Benefits Company Overview • Intuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.
