Manage and maintain the SAP BRIM RAR system to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors in a timely manner. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and new features. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions related to SAP BRIM RAR. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and user guides. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP BRIM RAR operations. Continuously look for ways to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a key liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of system capabilities and limitations. Train and mentor junior team members on SAP BRIM RAR operations and best practices. Take ownership of projects and tasks assigned, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration and operation of SAP BRIM RAR system. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines. Provide regular updates and reports on system performance and any issues or concerns to management.
